Windstone Subdivision Sugar Grove is located on the south-east corner of Bliss and Denny Roads. These stylish custom homes were built between 1990 and 2005 by a number of well-known Illinois home builders including Janecek Builders, White Fox Builders and Ed Saloga Builders. The huge variety of home styles, layouts and sizes make Windstone feel like the exact opposite of today’s “cookie-cutter” new home communities. Windstone is surrounded by and connected to the Black Walnut Trails subdivision which wraps around Windstone to the west and south. These two subdivisions are connected by more than locality – several phases of Black Walnut Trails were created by re-subdividing the original Windstone parcel.
