Pine Creek Subdivision is a very popular North Aurora community. Located on the far east side of the village, Pine Creek is located directly across Hart Road from Marmion Academy on the east and is bordered on the north by the Banbury Ridge Subdivision.
Homes in the Pine Creek subdivision were built between 1993 and 2001 by Wyndham Deerpoint Homes. Most of the Pine Creek homes are built in the Georgian colonial style although you wil also find a ranch floorplan and a Cape Cod. The nearby subdivision of Hartfield Estates was started nearly 2 years after Pine Creek and many of the floorplans are similar between the two subdivisions. The homes in Pine Creek Subdivision range in size from around 1700 all the way up to 2900 with the Manchester model. The names of the models in Pine Creek include the Hampton, Bedford, Grant, Weston, Durbin and Manchester. Like many of the more modern North Aurora subdivisions, each model was offered with different elevation and exterior options. Interiors include modern features such as large master suites and many of the homes follow traditional floorplans combined with newer styles like eat-in kitchens.
