Country Squire is a fairly small subdivision located on the northeast side of Aurora between Farnsworth and Church roads. The most typical home style in this community are three-bedroom ranch homes with basements, although you will find a few two-story homes as well. Most of the homes were built in the 1970’s although there are a few lots that feature newer homes. Most of the homes in Country Squire display either partial or full brick fronts.

In general, this subdivision is one of the area’s little secrets. It’s tucked back off of Farnsworth away from the businesses and traffic. The quiet streets are full of mature landscaping and small but elegant homes. Residents love the small-community feel of a subdivision with less than 100 homes as well as the easy access to I-88 as well as the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall.
