Homes For Sale FoxcroftThe large Foxcroft Subdivision is bounded on three sides by Sullivan Road, Elmwood and Indian Trail. There are many different housing options in Foxcroft, including condos, townhomes and single-family homes. The majority of Foxcroft Subdivision was built in the 1970’s and a wide variety of home styles are apparent, from ranches to Georgians, raised ranches to tri-levels with many different floorplans and configurations. There are also two newer townhome complexes bordering Foxcroft Lake and backing onto Sullivan that were built more recently – in the early 1990’s. Foxcroft homes also feature affordable living in a mature subdivision with lots of area amenities. Some of the homes are smaller, however, home sizes range to near 2,000 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The subdivision also includes the fairly large Foxcroft Lake centered inside with the homes, condos and townhomes situated around and a small park with a playground.

Some of the main streets found in the Foxcroft community include Foxcroft Drive, Elder Drive, Birch Lane and Elder Lane. Foxcroft subdivision is located very close to the Illinois Math and Science Academy. It’s also within walking distance of the Vaughan Athletic Center. Completed in 2005, the Vaughan Athletic Center features excercise equipment as well as a large pool. Classes are offered by the Aurora Park District and include both aquatic and workout classes. Area shopping includes Oberweis Dairy, Target and Woodmans to the north, Jewel and Wal-mart to the south, Home Depot and Lowes along Orchard Road as well as several local fast-food establishments.A Walgreens drug store is also conveniently located on the corner of Indian Trail and Randall Road.
