Fox Valley Country Club Estates Subdivision in North Aurora is directly across from the Fox Valley Country Club and some of the homes that back to Banbury Road do overlook the golf course. The community is also bordered by the nearby North Aurora subdivisions of Hartfield Estates to the east, Banbury Ridge to the south and the Batavia community of Fox Trail.
The Fox Valley Country Club Estates Subdivision was built between 1991 and 1998 with the majority of homes built in the early 1990’s. This 95-acre site features around 193 single-family homes built by Wyndham Deerpoint Homes, the same developer who built Hartfield Estates and Pine Creek. Homes include a variety of styles ranging from 1600 to 2100 square feet in size. Models in Fox Valley Country Club Estates include the Pembrook, Bradley and several others. Many of the homes are two-story homes in the Georgian Colonial style but you can also find a raised-ranch model (rather rare) as well as several ranch homes. Most of the homes in Fox Valley Country Club Estates feed into West Aurora School District 129, however there are a very small percentage of homes that feed into Batavia School District 101.
