The southern portion of the community partially blends into the nearby Golden Oaks Subdivision and many of the homes in the south portion of Beau Ridge border on Smith Elementary School which the homes in the subdivision feed into. Beau Ridge is located in an ideal position for commuters. It’s a very short distance from both Orchard Road and Rt. 31 and the subdivision offers residents quick access to I-88. The community is also located a very short distance (actually walking distance) from Provena Mercy Medical Center. It is also located close to area shopping including the grocery stores along Route 31 and also shopping along the Randall Road corridor just north. Beau Ridge is also close to the Sri Venkateswara Swami (Balaji) Temple just a short distance down Sullivan Road.
