Riverwood Subdivision in Oswego is located just east of The Grand Reserve between Rt. 34 and the Fox River. This small subdivision includes custom homes on large wooded lots mostly exceeding an acre in size. Homes in Riverwood were constructed over a long period of time mostly between 1900 and 1998 with the majority being built in the mid-1980s. Several Riverwood homes in the south portion of the community are built along the Fox River and offer river access and views. Riverwood Oswego includes perhaps 30 homes and many long-term residents. Because of this, homes for sale in Riverwood are fairly uncommon and tend to sell quickly.
