Homes For Sale Fox Chase of Oswego – Homes For Sale Oswego
Fox Chase of Oswego also known simply as Fox Chase Subdivision was built between 1992 and 1999 by Shore Development Corporation. Located on the north side of Mill St. north-west of downtown Oswego, Fox Chase Oswego is home to Fox Chase Elementary School. There is also a smaller section of homes located on the south side of Mill St. just west of Rt. 31 that is part of Fox Chase of Oswego and is sometimes referred to as Fox Chase South. Fox Chase of Oswego contains several hundred homes in a variety of traditional styles ranging in size from 1100 to over 2700 square feet. Fox Chase homes were some of the first in the area to be built “semi-custom” with the developer offering buyers the chance to add substantial modifications to base floorplans. One of the objectives of this and a major selling featre of Fox Chase is the idea of not having a whole subdivision of cookie-cutter homes. Un-modified home models in Fox Chase of Oswego include the Coventry, Ashbrook, Highlander (tri-level) and Dover (ranch).
