Illinois Real Estate Broker Eric Rogers
I wanted to announce that Illinois now has one additional real estate broker – me! Today I officially completed my license transition from a Real Estate Salesperson’s License to a Real Estate Broker’s License. I received word a couple weeks ago that I had passed the proficiency exam but I wasn’t elligible to upgrade my license until today so I wanted to wait until everything was done before announcing it. As of today, I have my temporary license – unfortunately I guess the websites over at IDFPR need some time to update and it doesn’t yet display that I’m a broker otherwise I’d post a link. For my clients, this represents that I’m committed to staying on top of the latest trends and education the real estate industry provides us. In an industry that has seen nearly 2/3 of the licensed agents go out of business betwen 2006 and now, I continue to work at the top of my game to help home buyers and home sellers in Illinois. With this transition, my clients and friends know that I’m going to be here for a long time and am going to be using the extra training the transition course and continuing education provided to continue staying on top of the real estate business here in Illinois. Now I have to go and update all my information on every website where I have a profile to change my designation from Real Estate Salesperson to Real Estate Broker 🙂
