Deerpath Creek Subdivision is a community of Oswego custom homes developed by Deerpath Development Corp. between 1995 and 2005. Deerpath Creek is located on the west side of Grove Road just south of Downtown Oswego. These beautiful executive homes include large, modern floorplans with two-story or single-story ranch layouts. There is also a small section of around 60 duplex units that is sometimes included in Deerpath Creek but is actually in a seperate community called Deerpath Creek Villa’s.
