Homes For Sale Prairie Glen – Homes For Sale Sugar Grove
Prairie Glen Subdivision was developed by The Windham Group. These custom homes began construction around 2008. There are a couple Sugar Grove custom builders that are available for new construction in Prairie Glen including Faganel Builders and homes by The Windham Group. The community is planned for around 241 detached single-family homes as well as a section of 48 Adult Living Villas in the southeast corner of the community that are to be added at a later date. Prairie Glen Subdivision has been designed to connect with many of the older homes around the downtown area of Sugar Grove including Sugar Creek. As of writing, there are still quite a few lots available in this new community. Some of the streets have been completed in the northern section of Prairie Glen but the southern portion of the community remains incomplete.
Currently, there are several models of homes available for new construction from both Faganel Builders and The Windham Group. These include the Savannah, Asterford, Sussex, Evergreen, Gailsburg and St. James. Most of these are large 2-story models with at least one ranch option between 1800 and 3742 square feet. When complete, Prairie Glen is designed to be surrounded by natural prairie and include a central community park. Hike/bike trails are planned that will circle the subdivision as well as connect with the surrounding areas. The new Sugar Grove Public Library is located in the north east section of the community and a small office park is planned in the area directly across from the library.
