Homes For Sale Hartfield Estates – Homes For Sale North Aurora
Hartfield Estates sits right on the border of North Aurora and Batavia – in fact, while many of the homes in Hartfield Estates feed into School District 129 along with most of North Aurora, there are a few that actually do feed into School District 101 (Batavia) schools.
Homes in Hartfield Estates were built between 1995 and 2002 by Wyndham Deerpoint Homes. Hartfield Estates was started after the nearby Pine Creek subdivision and many of the models are similar between the two, although the homes in Hartfield Estates tend to be semi-custom and display a variety of different options and elevations. There is also a good variety of home styles on display in this subdivision including colonial, the occasional ranch, a few Cape Cod and even at least one Dutch Farmhouse. The models include Hampton, Weston, Bentley, Grant (Cape Cod), Durbin and Somerville. Many of the homes built in the later stages of the subdivision (2001-2002) tend to be much larger floorplans. All of the Hartfield Estates homes are known for having more modern floorplans and interiors. Exteriors are often partial or full brick and lot sizes are generous. One of the great features of the community is the large Hartfield Park that is centrally located in Hartfield Estates.
